Our restaurant, Brasserie1, and the adjoining bar provide an informal, contemporary dining space serving a modern take on traditional dishes.

With French windows opening out onto the terrace showcasing views of the hotel gardens and the Yorkshire Moors beyond, and an ambient open fire for chillier days, the brasserie is ideal for both a sunny summer’s day or a cosy winter evening.

Brasserie1 opens for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner 7 days a week.

Join us for a tea or a tipple, a coffee or a cocktail, and indulge in the relaxing atmosphere of our recently renovated residents’ Antler Bar, complete with doors that open onto a terrace providing captivating views of our gardens and the Yorkshire Moors in the distance for a truly tranquil getaway.

Room Service

In-Room Dining

The menu for both Brasserie1 and our room service menu combines simplicity with quality. We use locally sourced ingredients and offer a relatively narrow selection to ensure a consistently high standard.

The choice of dishes changes regularly to allow the chefs to work with produce appropriate to each season. Our meat is all sourced from the famous Ilkley butcher David Lishman; Lishman’s award winning pork sausages with colcannon and a mustard sauce is a particular favourite!
