Q Will there be changes to Verbeia Spa opening hours?
A Yes, please see below:
• Wednesday: 12.00pm – 8.00pm
• Thursday: 12.00pm – 8.00pm
• Friday: 10.00am – 6.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am – 7.00pm
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10.00am – 6.00pm
Gym, Studio & Hydro Pool Opening Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 6.00am – 8.00pm
• Saturday – Sunday: 7.00am – 7.00pm
Q Are you offering classes?
A We will be running digital instructor classes in our studio, this is bookable via the website & limited to 1 person at a time. Click on this link to book.
Q Is there a time limit on my visit to the gym & studio?
A We are asking all members to book one-hour slots.
Q How do I make a gym or studio booking?
A We have launched an online portal to enable ease of booking. Click on this link to book.
Q Do I need to arrive early for booked visits?
A Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your visit to avoid congestion.
Q Will there be changing rooms and lockers available?
A The changing rooms & locker facilities are only available for Spa Day bookings at this time.
Q What should I bring?
Workout gear: Please arrive ready to work out to avoid using the changing room
Full water bottle: Water fountains will be unavailable for hygiene reasons. You can purchase a bottle of water using your contactless card if needed
Yoga mat: If you’ve booked a class, we ask that you bring your own mat
Towel: We requested our gym members to bring your own towel.
Q Will I be able to use the Hydro Pool, Sauna & Steam room?
A The Hydro pool will be open, saunas & steam rooms will remain closed. We’ll reopen these facilities as soon as we’re able to.
Q Will I be able to use the Mud Rasual facilities?
A Unfortunately at this time these facilities will remain closed.
Q Will I be able to access PT services when you re-open?
A When we initially re-open PT services will not be available. We will look at phasing this service back into the facility over the forthcoming months.
Q Can I book a gym induction/assessment?
A No, unfortunately we can’t restart our induction/assessment service when we reopen. If you’d like to speak to a member of the team about your progress, please ask for a verbal assessment.
Q Will we able to buy food and drink from the hotel?
A Yes, pre booking is essential
